WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF PURCHASING A FURNITURE PACKAGE?

The furniture packages for the 2 & 3 bedroom condominiums have been designed and selected based on specific plans, functionality, furniture quality and Paraiso del Mar requirements. Owners will enjoy the benefit of a professionally designed residence, avoid the time consuming process of furniture selection, arranging shipping and installation process. We will work with you personally on your color/fabric selections so your unit will meet all your expectations.

Owners do not have to purchase the entire package. We can tailor their purchase to their requirements which adds flexibility for purchasing individual items such as mattress sets or window coverings as an example.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES FOR FREIGHT, INSTALLATION OR INTERIOR DESIGN?

No, freight, installation and design are included so there are not additional charges.

WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF PURCHASING THE FURNITURE IN MEXICO?

If you import furniture from USA there can be up to a 33% duty plus a 17% brokers fee plus the freight and installation in La Paz. Our factories here in Mexico are top of the line in quality. There also a one year warrantiy included. Please see the comments from owners of completed units.

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FROM ORDER TO INSTALLATION?

Lead time runs approximately 8 weeks from receipt of deposit to installation. This, of course, depends on some variables (fabric availabilities etc) but this has been the normal time frame.
